I'm part of a site but I can't see any printers?

You've just been added to a BuildBee site, but you can't see any printers yet. The reason for this depends on how your site was set up by the enterprise admin. Here are a few things to get your enterprise admin or a site manager to check (how to find out who your admin and managers are):

no printers

Step 1 - Global rights

The global rights determined by your enterprise admin set a minimum for what all users can do within your site. If you can't see any printers, it may be because that option has been turned off to allow for greater customisation of user rights using groups.

Step 2 - Group membership

You may not be part of a group that allows you to access your sites printers. This must be done by either your sites enterprise admin or one of the site managers.

Step 3 - Group setup

You may have been added to a group that hasn't been set up completely. The two things to check are:
  1. If the right printers, or any printers at all are associated with the group you're part of: Adding printers to a group
  2. The configuration of rights for the group that you're part of: Edit a groups rights
