When a payment attempt fails
Our payments are automatically debited from the registered payment method (Credit Card, Bank Debit, Google Pay ect.).
If there is an issue with the transaction we will attempt to debit the payment 4 times over a 2 week period. You will receive an email each time a payment fails.
If the payment is not successful after 2 weeks
If after 2 weeks all card payments fail your subscription will be cancelled.
