Where can I manage my current subscription?


Viewing your current subscription

You can view your current subscription by going to the account management page. To find this page click the navigation menu dropdown in the top right of the app and select My Account



Changing the number of printers in your subscription

To cancel your subscription navigate to the subscription management page as described above and click the update plan button.



Here you can change the quantity of printers you are subscribed to. You can even change the billing period.

Cancelling your subscription

To cancel your subscription navigate to the subscription management page as described above and click the cancel plan button.
Your subscription will be canceled at the end of the current billing period.


Adding, updating or removing a payment method

You can manage your payment methods from the subscription management page. Details on accessing this page are described above. 
In the subscription management page you will find a section describing all your current payment methods. Here you can add, remove or update your payment methods and set which one you would like to use as a default.


Updating your billing information

You can manage your billing information from the subscription management page. Details on accessing this page are described above. 
In the subscription management page you will find a section for managing your billing information.


Accessing your invoices, reciepts & tax invoices

You can access all past and pending invoices from the subscription management page. Details on accessing this page are described above.


Clicking on an invoice will take you to an invoice status page. From here you can download a PDF of the invoice and once the invoice has been payed you can access a reciept. If you're account is registered in Australia, is paying in AUD and has registered an ABN with BuildBee you will also be able to download an ATO compatible TAX INVOICE.

 

Adding an ABN to your account

Please note: You can only add an ABN to your account if you're subscription is in AUD. For assistance in changing currency please contact support@buildbee.com
You can add an ABN to your account from the subscription management page. Details on accessing this page are described above. If you are registered to pay in AUD you can set an ABN by following the instructions on updating your billing details listed above.

Once you have added an ABN you will be provided with ATO compatible TAX INVOICES upon any billing event.
