Reset your BuildBee password
If you've forgotten your BuildBee password or you're unable to login due to an error, try these steps:
Step 1 - Go to the 'Forgot Password' screen
- In the email text box, type the email you used to create the account.
- Click 'RESET PASSWORD'.
(If the link does not work, log out of your account first.)
Step 2 - Find your password reset code in your email
| - Go to your email. You will have been sent a password reset link. Some users may be asked to enter the code included in the email. |
Step 3 - Reset your password
- Click the link in the email to go through the password reset process. Once you've entered your new password, click "CHANGE PASSWORD".
Step 4 - Sign in with your new password
- Return to https://app.buildbee.com/ and use your new password to log in safely.
