IT: Domains for whitelisting
As a web-based app, BuildBee requires a few domains to be accessible to users and the CloudDock device in order to work properly. If you operate a proxy server that filters HTTP/HTTPS traffic on your network, you may need to whitelist buildbee.com and it’s subdomains for your users.
Step 1 - Go to the test.buildbee.com site
Step 2 - Review the results of the test
- Most domains should have a green tick.
- If there are any red crosses, those domains need to whitelisted.
- Domains without a tick were inconclusive. They haven't failed, but you should check the domains are whitelisted.
Test output showing mostly green ticks with one inconclusive result
Step 3 - Whitelist the required domains
- We recommend whitelisting buildbee.com, *.buildbee.com, buildflow.online and *.buildflow.online to cover all subdomains.
- Alternatively, you can add single domains to your whitelist.
- For more details, raise a support request.
Step 4 - Test your new whitelist settings
- Return to test.buildbee.com
- If you still see a red cross after whitelisting or if there is a problem with BuildBee and the test is showing good results, double-check your proxy settings and submit a support request.
