DET Edge network support updates - BuildBee Support
DET Edge network support updates (can't configure, printers offline)
DET NSW are beginning to roll out a new internet service across all of their schools which changes the way devices access the internet. As a result of this change, our BuildBee CloudDock devices have been affected in the schools that have been rolled over already. We are working with the DET daily to work out a solution so that we can get those who are affected back up and running as soon as possible.
We've verified that Edge connected schools can connect their CloudDocks with Ethernet and the printer works successfully on Buildbee.com
We have verified that after a power restart, some accounts can now connect devices to the WiFi and the printer works successfully on Buildbee.com without any need to reconfigure.

Changes are happening to the global DETNSW authentication list.
