If you decide you don't need your BuildBee account, you can use the following steps to initiate the deletion process.
For security and consistency, we no longer take account deletion or data erasure requests via support requests.
You'll need to be logged into your BuildBee account. Once you are, from any page, you can select the account menu.
Select the account menu in the top-right Next, select My Account.
Select the My Account option at the top of the menu Scroll down the screen and click on Delete My Account.
Select the Delete My Account button at the bottom of the screen We'd love to know more about why you're deleting your account. This is optional. Once you're done, click on Delete Account.
Click the Delete Account button to continue You'll be presented with a screen explaining the process, and what you can expect. Please ensure you read this carefully to understand what to expect. When you're done, click Delete Account again.
After you've read the explainer text, click the Delete Account button again You'll receive an email with a link to cancel your deletion request if you change your mind. You'll have seven days during which you can cancel the request and regain full access to your account.
After this, an automated process will delete your account, along with most of your personal data, within seven days. Some data may persist in logs for up to thirty days. Any models you've shared will be deleted, and anyone who added them to their library will be unable to use them.
